Returns & Refunds

At Lumiadeen, each piece is thoughtfully designed with care and attention to detail. We truly hope you love your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact Us

To begin your return, please email us at support@lumiadeen.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

2. Prepare Your Return

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Please ensure items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

3. Shipping Your Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been fully processed.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you have not received your refund within 20 business days after approval, please contact our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Items show signs of wear or use
  • Items are missing original tags
  • Items have been altered

Items are returned outside the 14-day return window
