Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During collection launches, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please allow up to one working day for tracking information to become active.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed, as we begin processing immediately to ensure efficient delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Lumiadeen is not liable for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
